The Life Line is not a points program. It is a client recognition program, created for one sole purpose: to make your Sporting Life experience the best it can be.
Since 1996, our Life Line Direct Marketing program
has helped us determine how to best serve you. Quite
simply, The Life Line is our database, which keeps
track of each and every one of your purchases. We
collect this information so that when we have a
promotion, a special offer or new product arrival
for any type of lifestyle activity you may have
shown interest in, we’ll make sure you know about
it first.
Once you are signed up for Life Line, we will be
able to start communicating with you. Whatever your
lifestyle, skiing, golfing, running or if you have
an interest in fashion, there is always something
happening in our stores that we want you to know
about.

No card or special ID will be issued; we identify all customers by their home phone number. |

Remember to give the cashier your home phone number every single time you purchase something at Sporting Life. The Life Line will automatically add the purchase information to our database. |

We can only contact you if we have your up-to-date home phone number and home address. |

If you signed up by providing us with your cell phone number you will most likely not have received any promotional mailings from us. Therefore please advise us of your address. |

If you live in an apartment building or a townhouse complex please ensure that we have your unit number on file. |

On your next visit to any one of our stores, approach any cash desk, and let the cashier know that you’d like to make changes to your Life Line. You will be given a ‘Give Us Your Address And We Will Give Your Our Best’ form. Once you’ve entered the new information, return the form to the cashier who will deliver it to the Life Line Department. |
